IP Taco Bell

Lean Turkey

Low Sodium Taco Seasoning

___

Cook the turkey with the taco seasoning packet. Crumble over a bed of shredded lettuce. Use Walden Farm Ranch Dressing instead of sour cream.  Tastes Great!

Shrimp Stir Fry (for 2)

1 lb shrimp

(8 oz per person)

2 cup broccoli

2 cup bok choy

olive oil

1 cup water

1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb Spice

___

In wok, cook broccoli in olive oil. Add water. Cover and steam broccoli.  Add bok choy and steam. Drain. Add Shrimp.  Add Mrs. Dash.  Cook until shrimp is cooked.  Top with sauce and serve.

Sauce:

3 tsp soy sauce

1/2 cup water

1 packet "raw" Stevia

Turkey Roll Up

1 Packet Ideal Protein Crepe

2 Slices Fat Free Turkey Breast

Fresh Spinach

Roasted Red Peppers

Roll the turkey, spinach & red pepper into the crepe.

Herb and Cheese Omelet with a German Twist

1 Packet Ideal Protein Herb & Cheese Omelet

Sauerkraut

___

Place sauerkraut in a fry pan and heat.  Add omelet mixture on top and cook until done.

Crepes

1 Packet Ideal Protein Crepe Mix

Walden Farms Strawberry Syrup, enough to flavor crepe mix

Make the crepes according to package directions, Mix in strawberry syrup.

Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

2 tsp Olive Oil

2 tbs Finely Chopped Peeled Ginger

1 1/2 tbs Finely Chopped Garlic

3 Chopped Onions

2 Cups Shredded Cabbage

1 Medium Green Pepper, Julienned

1 Tbs Sesame Oil (Optional)

012 oz Thinly Sliced Flank Steak

2 tbs Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Sea Salt to Taste

Pepper to Taste

Place olive oil in pan and heat.  Place remaining ingredients in pan until mostly cooked.  Add the flank steak stirring until cooked.  Add soy sauce, sea salt and pepper.  Toss and serve.

Lean Beef

Shredded Lettuce

Walden Farms Thousand Island Dressing

Cook beef until done.  Crumble over shredded lettuce and top with dressing.

Fluffy Cheese Omelet

1 Packet Cheese Omelet

4 oz Water

1 Egg White

___

Mix packet directions with water using an electric beater.  Beat egg white separately until firm.  Stir into cheese omelet mix.  Cook on medium heat in non-stick fry pan. DO NOT OVER COOK.

Baked Scallops with Wilted Garlic Spinach

8 oz Bay or Sea Scallops

Olive Oil or Spray

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Garlic, Fresh chopped

Spinach

__

Place scallops in baking pan and spray with olive oil and then add desired seasoning like lemon & pepper.  Bake scallops in 425 degree oven.

While scallops bake, use either spray oil or 1 tsp olive oil in large pan.  Add garlic and heat.  Add fresh spinach and turn with tongs to coat.  The spinach will wilt quite quickly.

Add baked scallops and serve.

Side Dishes

& Soups

Appetizing Asparagus

Lay asparagus on a cookie sheet sprayed with olive oil spray.  Spray the asparagus with the spray as well and sprinkle with Mrs Dash seasoning.

Broil for 5-8 minutes

Leek Soup

1 Packet Ideal Protein Leek Soup

Salsa

Make soup according to package directions and add 2 dollops of salsa

Drinks:

Chocolate Drink:

1 cup coffee

1 Splash Sugar Free Vanilla Creamer

Mocha Drink:

1 Packet Cappuccino Drink Mix

1 Packet Chocolate Drink Mix

     Combine the cappuccino and cholate drink mixes with water for two mixes (400 ml) and shake.  Share half with a friend or save the other half for a later meal.

Iced Coffee:

8 Ox. Black Iced Coffee

1 Ideal Protein Readymade Vanilla Drink

1 Packet Stevia

___

     Pour vanilla drink into iced coffee and mix with Stevia, if desired.

Peach Mango Smoothie:

1 Packet Ideal Protein Peach Mango Drink Mix

1 Packet Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding Mix

___

    Put the first three ingredients in blender with the correct amount of water (according to packets for pudding and drink mix) and blend.  Add ice to half of mixture. Keep the remainder in the refrigerator for another time.

Eggnog:

1 Ideal Protein Readymade Vanilla Drink

3 Drops of Brandy Extract

Sprinkle of Nutmeg and Cinnamon to Taste

     Mix the three ingredients.  Serve hot or cold.

 

Snacks:  

Chocolate Fudgsicles:

1 Readymade Chocolate Drink or Chocolate Drink Packet

___

If using the packet, follow directions to make the chocolate drink.

Place drink in ice cube trays or popsicle makers.  Freeze.  Once chocolate is frozen, pop out and enjoy!

Mint Chocolate Pudding:

5 oz Cold Water

1 Drop Mint Extract

1 Packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Pudding Mix

     Mix all three ingredients together.  Put in refrigerator to chill. Serve once pudding is set.

Salads

Bloody Mary Tomato Salad

Dressing:

2 tbs Prepared Horseradish

2 tbs Olive Oil

2 tbs Vodka (optional)

1 tbs Lemon Juice

1 1/2 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce

        (or Tabasco)

1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Salt & Pepper

Salad:

3 Pints Grape or Cherry

         Tomatoes- cut in halves

4 Stalks Celery

___

In a small bowl whisk dressing until well blended.  In large bowl combine tomatoes and celery.  Mix dressing and tomato/celery together.  Chill 2 hours. Toss before serving.  Garnish with celery leaves.

 

Salad Dressings

 

Sweet & Sour

Equal parts of olive oil, cider vinegar & Walden Farms Ketsup mixed together.  Add Stevia to taste

Amazing

Oil & Vinegar

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Head of Garlic

1/3 Cup of White Vinegar

2 tsp chopped basil, oregano & parsley (fresh or dried)

1/8 tsp pepper

___

Take whole head of chopped garlic with head chopped off and sprinkle with olive oil.  place in foil and bake @ 400 for 30 minutes.  Take 3-5 cloves of roasted garlic and mush into remaining ingredients.  Shake very well and chill.  Must be refrigerated.

(save extra garlic to spread on steaks, chicken or steam with vegetables)

Vinegar Dijon Dressing

4 cloves of  Minced Garlic

3 tbs Cider of White Vinegar

1-2 tbs of Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

___

Mix or Shake together.

 

Super Tomato Vinegarette

1/2 cup Chopped, Peeled 

   Tomatoes (unpeeled)

1 tbs White Vinegar

1/2 tsp Dried Thyme or

    (11/2 tsp  Fresh)

___

Mix ingredients and serve

Rockin' Red Pepper Vinegarette

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 cup Cider Vinegar

1 tbs White Onion

1-2 Clove Pressed Garlic

Pinches of Rosemary & Thyme

1/2 tsp Dried Whole Oregano

1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/2 of Roasted Red Pepper

___

Blend thoroughly in a blender, salt to taste and chill overnight.
